Jaipur: A youth who had come to meet his girlfriend from a village, died in mysterious circumstances at a restaurant under Pratap Nagar police station of Jaipur district on Monday. The deceased identified as Prahlad Meena (25), was a resident of Meena Ka Bas at Chatra Pura, said police.
